Three Key Activities Successfully Completed in the Erasmus+ KA2 Project „A Peace to Share“
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the first three activities of our Erasmus+ KA2 project "A Peace to Share", implemented in partnership between IAYSP EUME (Austria) and Laial e.V. (Germany). These activities strengthened the capacities of youth workers through international cooperation, the exchange of innovative methodologies, and practical learning experiences focused on peacebuilding, inclusion, and active participation.
Online Preparation Workshop
The project officially began with a two-day online preparation workshop that brought together the project teams from both partner organisations. The workshop established a common understanding of the project's objectives, expected results, and implementation plan.
During the sessions, participants:
- explored the project's SMART objectives and monitoring framework;
- developed a shared work plan and assigned responsibilities;
- agreed on communication and project management tools;
- discussed Erasmus+ visibility requirements and Youthpass recognition;
- jointly planned the upcoming study visits in Vienna and Berlin.
The workshop laid a solid foundation for effective cooperation and ensured that all participants were well prepared for the international mobility activities.
